15 people, 2 WRM and 1 Tank factory - 6 tanks/worker/day as salary - that's the way we do it at our regiment.
(6.66 tanks/worker/day honestly, so every 3 days an extra tank is made)
Unfortunatelly actualy the salary in Poland is about 120 PLN and a tank costs 14 PLN, so it meand 8.5 tanks a day. So doesn't worth it. Why? Because the cheap raw material - at 0.15 PLN / WRM it means a worker creates 75 PLN worth of WRM and costs 120 - this gap is the problem.
What I would suggest, do not apply anybody - except fakes of others 🙂 - in your WRM companies and get the cheap WRM from market.
kovats007: your right, thats the way I think about it except WRM, I can product enough with toolbox for my companies.
