Charity Begins at WORK and the Scavenger Hunt … and stuff

Day 912, 14:34 Published in South Africa South Africa by eSA Ministry of Social Affairs
A couple programs from the Ministry of Social Development are showing terrific results. I hope you’ll all help us celebrate their success.

Charity Begins at WORK

With Grimstone helming, the Department of Mentorship is reaching out to citizens in need via the Charity Begins at WORK Program.

Looking for low-wellness workers, we reach out to offer our assistance, with gifts and mentoring. The response has been terrific. We need to thank our wonderful mentors:

Now it’s your turn to get involved – we need your help if we’re to expand the program. There are 4 things you can do to help us:

1 – Look at the list of workers at your company – you can do this if you’re an employer or an employee. If you see someone with low wellness, let us know. We’ll reach out to them to help.

2 – If you employ low-skilled workers, let us know when you get a new employee. We’ll send them a letter, offering our guidance. One of our top priorities is increasing wellness – their high wellness means higher productivity for you, so working with us will benefit your bottom line.

3 – Volunteer your efforts as a mentor. We can always use more kind hearts in our department.

4 – Donate to our cause. Financial contributions enable us to help more citizens.

The Scavenger Hunt has 4 More Days!

There has been a lot of participation in the Scavenger Hunt. The deadline to enter is Sunday, so be sure to get your answers done!

The return of Limpopo brings reason to celebrate. Beyond that, however, let’s just enjoy having found a great game to play and a great team to join. South Africa is filled with wonderful people who work hard every day to keep our country safe and to make it the best it can be. Let’s have some fun and celebrate each other.

Thanks for the opportunity to serve.
