This is of particular excitement to me as I originally founded this program during my time as CP for eCanada, I have great hopes that this Program will be a successful tool for getting money into the hands off our active building eCanadian citizens.

To receive money from the PDG all you have to do is comment to this article and be a eCanadian Citizen! The amount of money given to each citizen will be calculated once we know how many people respond to the PDG program!

Its for the development of active eCanadians, the majority of it will be spent to make our citizens stronger and maybe a small minority may end up in the hands of a dead citizen one day but this is an acceptable risk and a result of any Government program. (as if anyone on welfare never died) whats the alternative? let it sit in a treasury and go wasted on a war.

Dead citizens and letting the money sit in the treasury are straw man arguments. I asked three simple questions hoping for real answers to inform our citizens of where their tax money is being spent.

You answered the first two questions - it's free money with no strings attached - but not how much we're giving away. Care to answer?

As for alternatives, there are plenty. You can limit it to new players or tie it to damage done in battle for Canada, just as examples. There are other options besides just giving out cash with seemingly no purpose.

Not that I'd necessarily have a problem with that, I'd just like that more clearly explained particularly the rationale.

agreed, but I Ran this program for 2 months when I was CP and if I am CP or the Current CP is willing to Fund it I will run it for many more months to come. I think eCanadas money is best spent in the hands of its developing citizens.
