Canada's Bond Drive is open in 2 hours!!

Hello people of eCanada, I come to you today as the Minister of Labour and Income for Canada and am happy to announce to you all that the Bond Drive will be open to everyone in Canada in the next two hours. Donations can be made to the organization NBC Vault. If you donated more than 50 gold in the previous bond drive, you are capped at 50 gold this time around. If you donated less than 50 gold the last time, then you are capped at 100 gold. Donations made from organizations will be refunded, so please only donate from your actual citizen account. If there is a problem with that, please contact either myself, or the Prime Minister Alias Vision and we will see if we can work something out for you.
Canada has a long and storied history of doing Bond Drives because it is a win win for both you the people and we the government. You give us some of your gold, and we give you it back in CAD two months from now, with a 10% growth. You can’t ask for more than that, and expect to get it anyways.
Some of you have probably heard or seen the ad that this is a sham, but I ask my fellow players of eCanada to tell you otherwise and hope that they will comment accurately below to tell you the truth.

My understanding is the ads are targeted toward the Victory Bonds Canada organization, which was once a legitimate government organization that has, like thousands of our gold, has made its way into the hands of one of the legion of thieves that have plagued this e-country.
Tired of stealing our money through the government, the person with control of that organization tried to cut out the middleman and steal money directly from Canadians by putting out ads looking for people to invest in "victory bonds". I believe this is what the "don't buy victory bonds" ads are in response to, not legitimate bonds issued by the government.

If it shows your donation in the org's donation list, that is confirmation. You can see it, they can see it, they know you've purchased Victory Bonds.
