Recently, I've struggled to find myself motivated to get involved with Singapore. This is not good.

This included starting a congress campaign and then neglecting it. This is really not good. I apologise.

There will be people quoting my denouncement of inactives standing for congress in my last article. All I can say to this is- Fair comment. My article did say, however, that we did have a right to be inactive and 2-clicking, but we shouldn't vote people to congress on the back of it.

Well done, in that case, in voting for someone else. I didn't deserve to get in.

So what am I going to do about all this?

I'm going to take a short break- a sabbatical, gardening leave, call it what you like, but I'm going to call it 'Visiting Aunt Lucy' (first person to message me with what I mean by that will win 10 SGD (no joke). Srnth need not apply (joke)).

I don't know how long I'm going to be visiting Aunt Lucy, but when I feel ready to come back I will. It could be a week, a fortnight, or 3 months, but one day I will come back to terrorise the good people of Singapore.

Finally, I'd like to apologise to all those I've let down in the past week of stuttering activity. That's basically the whole of the nation.
