While congress is still bussy lowering income taxes, the average salary in the Union increases. However there are huge differences in salaries between the three sectors Land, Construction and Manufacturing. To give you an overview of the current situation the Bundesbank analyzed the job market. The graph shows the avare salary of the top five offers for each skill level and sector. As there were not allways 5 different offers on the market the average salary was made upon those offered salaries.

The graph shows that highest salaries are paid in the manufacturing sector, while the Construction sector is second regarding lower skill and higher skill levels. However, not too many companies offer jobs in this sector at the moment, so salaries are low due to a lack of competition on the market. The Land sector offers more jobs compared to the Construction sector but pays lower wages, especially for low skill levels.

Especially new citizens with low skill levels should always have a look on how much they might be able to earn in the sector they are about to work in. Everybody should be aware of the fact, that the highes salary offered might not be the best offer. Always keep in mind, that companies producing high quality goods (many stars) reduce your wellnes level even more the higher the quality of their products is.
