Bulgaria - Iran agreement

Hello everyone.

Some weeks ago, our two members reached an agreement about renting Iranian high grain to Bulgaria.

This is a deal that will hopefully help bring the two countries together
and closer, helping both to gain economic benefits, which will
ultimately help them be stronger in every way.
At the end of the day that is the important point, alone we can do little in
this "new world", together we can do what we limit each other to.

So I'm not going to bore you with all the talk about how strategic and
important this deal is, and how much exactly we each win from this, that I'm sure will become apparent over time to everyone.
Hopefully, it will be a stepping stone for the future.

1. With this contract eIran agrees to rent to eBulgaria, for the duration of 6 months the following provinces:
-1a Semnan
-1b South-Khorasan

1.1 Contract can be extended through a mutual agreement up to 2 months before the end of the contract. If by that time an agreement for extension has not been made, the contract will be considered to be ended at the end of the official 6 months.

2. Payments for monthly fee will be a flat fee at the start of each month as follows:
-2a 1st month 250 gold
-2b 2nd month 480 gold
-2c 3rd month 480 gold
-2d 4th month 480 gold
-2e 5th month 480 gold
-2f 6th month 480 gold

For a total of 2650 gold, which are non negotiable during the agreed period of the contract.

2.1 If there is a delay in paying the monthly rent, a 2% per day penalty is due for every day delay.

3. Both sides agree to help for the realisation of this deal and will not in any ways endanger it’s realisation. If one of the regions are lost by eBulgaria for any period during the term of the contract, eIran agrees to help by any means to help eBulgaria to regain the region in the shortest time possible.

4. During the swaps if there are delays longer than 48 hours, eBulgaria agrees to cover the daily taxes of eIran for every day delay over 48 hours.

5. All costs associated with the swaps, will be assumed by eBulgaria, those include:

-5a DOW between eIran and eTurkey
-5b All attacks started by eIran or eBulgaria associated with swaps
-5c Any infrastructure destroyed/damaged (hospitals or defense systems)
-5d All RW costs and/or rights to the sale of RW medals are property of eBulgaria

5.1 eBulgaria agrees to sell all RWs except (Marmara RW) to eIran players to the highest bidder but no less than 40 gold each, if they are able to start them within 12 hours of the earliest possible moment, if not, eBulgaria is free to find alternate bidders for those RW.

6. Both countries agree in case of attacks on either country to help out each other in the defense of their territories as a priority.

6.1 In a case of attempted PTO of eIran of third parties, eBulgaria agrees to help with ATO measures.

7. eBulgaria agrees to pay a penalty of 40 gold per day for everyday, it keeps the regions beyond the agreed period.

8. eBulgaria will buy out excess grain companies at 20 gold or a mutually agreed price from eIranian players if not sold in the first week.

9. Both sides agree to seek to resolve any possible problems bilaterally and if not possible to accept the mediation of Phoenix SC.
