their was 31 Applications to the PDG, and far more money returned to Canadians with it then the WestJet Reward program however CP Mann does not wish to Renew the program this Term for our eCanadian players.

I think that this program is to Critical to leave stopped short. Most of eCanada knows that in the big picture eCanada is not well funded and cannot make big impacts with our money/power so IMO I feel this money is best spent getting as much or it as fast as possible into the Hands on the players who have earned it for eCanada and the players who are our best Bet for increased strength and prosperity.

In Short our Money is Best Spent on Canadians. Not Wars Not some Alliance Not anyone elses privately sponsored war chests. Keep Canadian money in Canadian Pockets!
The POO party has taken a Giant Steaming Leap of Confidence in proposing me for CP again! this Will be my fourth time as eCanada CP and with that I have the Connections/Experience in place to properly continue moving eCanadian government forward. That being said I am keeping most of the Cabinet in place as we all know these players and they are the Core of eCanada politics atm, if anyone new would like to learn the Jobs feel free to PM me!

Honestly, I am not aware of money going to Orion. At one time in the past we tried the membership dues thing. The purpose was to have a pool of money to supply CO money when a member was attacked. COs are history so there isn't really any good reason for an alliance to keep track of funds.

Canada has a reserve spread around to trusted, active players but no war chest. Most of the money thing is revolving around resource concessions and that is primarily income, not out go. Programs are a benificial way to utilize this windfall. I support anyone who puts resources into the hands of the people.
