Bored Enough to Think - Focused Ramblings

Day 1,671, 22:56 Published in Australia New Zealand by Marcos Arolia

Real Life Perspective

In 1991, the Voluntary Human Extinction Movement was founded to promote the voluntary extinction of the human race. They believe that the end of the human race will improve the environment as the unsustainable lifestyles which human societies live would also end. The remaining humans would live in a paradise akin to the Garden of Eden as the ills of human society would end. Eventually, they would die out and the Earth would be saved.

I've read and do applaud the intentions of this movement. However, it is also absurd to expect humanity to willingly commit group suicide. Despite what certain groups tend to think, we are not all that different from the other species of the planet. Humans have biological processes as well, we're just supposedly smarter than the average animal(Homo sapiens means 'knowing man' after all). It is those processes that will make this movement only a dream.

In-game Perspectives

If you read the Aussie media, you will notice that there have been 'giveaways' for food and weapons. Many people have put effort into supplying new citizens led by CyberCasper and H. Nelson. As the lack of food and weapons are one of the main reasons players quit, this has been a great effort at retaining our new citizens. These efforts should continue to improve our position, especially if others join the cause.

Also, eNZ has been wiped from native territories. The only region they occupy is the native Argentinian Patagonia. But the Kiwi push was halted at Pampas. National thought on the matter can be described in one picture

And that's as far as my rambles shall go. If you want me to speak of other things, post it in the comments section.
