-the congress came to the conclusion, that there should be a possibility for competent Presidents to run for more than 2 terms
-a rule was proposed, that after the second term, a 3/4th majority of congress-votes would be needed to get another run allowed
-some think it would be sufficient to let the people decide, an that a rule would increase bureaucracy

-due to the attack of Hungary on Austria, our MPP with Austria fired and mistakenly cancelled our MPP with Hungary
-the Russian President wanted to help with an MPP, but the russian congress voted it down, in fear of polish aggression

-Billy proclaimed that there would be two Wars coming, Latvia vs Finland and Iran vs India
-he asked which sides Germany should take
-Most were for a neutral stance in the Iran vs India War, since Iran is a PEACE-State, but India has natural right on their regions. But this has already been solved peacefully
-In the other war, the congressmen are clearly pro-Latvia, since Finland is a close friend to Sweden, and strongly supported them in the war against us
