Blueprint for the Future

Day 631, 17:31 Published in Japan USA by Dokomo

This article will focus on the results of the Three Party Summit, JaNSKo, held last night. I can send out a full copy of the chat logs, or refer to the summarized version written by Fae at http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/conference-conclusions-a-divided-plan-of-action-891469/1/20

At the summit there were many questions about the pressing matter of the times, the parting of ways between eSK and eJapan. We are grateful to learn that a plan has been formulated, and we judge it to be extremely sound and of good judgment. North Koreans wish our brothers and sisters the best of luck in their endeavors.

Of course, that brings us to the topic of eNK's plan for it's liberation. Simply put, there is no plan, nor can there be. I have heard through Japanese officials that PEACE has responded negatively to our collective attempts to negotiate for the return of North Korea. I believe than until PEACE is reformed back into the defensive alliance that is at the heart of it's charter, North Korea will remain in bondage.

The people of North Korea are holding a poll right now to determine how many of us will be moving on to eSK or remaining in Japan. I can say right now with a few hours left, that a clear majority will be remaining in Japan. Needless to say this will lead to some changes in the North Korean refugee situation. To begin with, we should now refer to ourselves as North Korean nationals, to distinguish our cultural heritage from our loyalty as Japanese citizens.

We will be working towards a goal of fully integrating with Japan and making friends in society here. Several citizens have expressed a desire to serve in the JIA and apply the skills they learned fighting the Russian menace to the defense of the Righteous Nation. Goku Jones is running for Party President of the Korean National Party and has presented his plans for a united populace. I expect we will run some Congress candidates under this party as well. North Korean nationals will continue running their Japanese companies and our workers will contribute to the economy in every way possible.

One thing North Korean nationals will not be looking to change is Japan's foreign relations with PEACE and SoL. Japan has a glorious heritage as a bearer of the Righteous Nation philosophy and is the one hope for a true PEACE in this world. But abandoning her commitments is out of the question. Likewise, Japan's membership in SoL is something I expect to be a boon to all nations of the region and we put our faith in the wisdom of President Minamoto to guide the nation through these challenges.

North Koreans are beginning the heal from the wounds of having our homeland ripped away from us. The aid of Japan has salved the pain in our hearts and we are grateful to her for it. To that end, North Korean nationals in Japan do pledge their loyalty to this glorious nation. As we embrace together, let our combined efforts show the world how to build a lasting nation and populace.
