As if you didn't already know
A new training module is being implemented for a 7 day trial period. This new feature allows citizens to increase their strength quicker by paying a "trainer" to increase the efficiency of their training. The admins believe this may help the "babies" keep interest in eRepublik and help countries prosper. Who will prosper?

Americans don't spend money on on-line games
Everyone in the eWorld knows, we Americans don't waist our hard earned cash on free on-line games. We spend it on much more important things, like drugs and booze. If this new feature remains permanent, you can say good-bye to many eMericans, who will be frustrated by the unfair advantages other countries (namely Russia/Parter) will have over us because they are willing/forced to spend their RL money on free browser based games (it's either that or kick the can, and who the hell wants to play kick the can?). Americans will be forced out of their dungeons/dorm rooms and never return as they will venture outside, breath in the fresh air and soak up the sun, which for many has not been seen for ages.



What do you think?
Is this death to eRepublik, or just evolution in a game that has seen many new features improve the overall game experience? Only time will tell. And don't fret just yet, this is just the test period.
