Better late than never

Day 446, 09:29 Published in Romania Chile by Mysterious.Mind

I am finally writing this article, I couldn`t write it until now because I had the worst internet connection while I was away. I am back home and I am writing this article about the last presidential elections and about eRMDP - PDMeR.

Presidential elections
First of all I am happy that I could participate in this elections and I am thrilled to see that my goal(of at least 50 votest) has been reached. This was the first presidential elections I participated(and possibly the last) but I think I have done a pretty good job, although I came last in the elections! I am also thrilled that I recieved the vote of more than 5% of all voters in eRomania! You should also have in mind the fact that I recieved 70 votes, my candidature coming from a party with only 46 members (at the time), so I managed to get over 20 votes from people outside the party!

I think I could have won more votes, but I was only online between 10:00 and 12:30 on elections day.

I want to congratulate the new president of Romania dslageanu and I hope we will be able to see eachother in the next presidential elections.

eRMDP - PDMeR
Now I want to talk about "my party", the party of ehungarians living in eRomania! First of all I am excited to see that the party has grown in size since the elections (5 new members have joined since then), although it is not an increase in members since the time I took over the party, on the 15th of January, because at the time the party noumbered exactly 51 members.

I am disappointed because I couldn`t bring more members into the party this month, this beeing one of the most important things for a party this days, but I think this is mainly because I was viewd with skepticism by ehungarians, because I am a romanian, and so I was treated as a threat.

Now I hope that you have understood that I don`t want anything bad to happen to this party, but I am trying to make the best of this situation. This is why I am making a call for all ehungarians in eRomania to join the party and fight for their rights!

I am also taking into consideration changing the name of the party in something to symbolize the fight for freedom of all the other nationalities living under Romania`s flag,in order to increase the noumber of party members and increase it`s "strength". I would like to hear members of PDMeR express their agreement/disagreement on this matter here!

What I have managed to do as party president in this month, is to do something that has never been done (in this party) and that is to participate in the elections ! This party has never, since it was founded until now, participated in the national elections (neither congress nor presidential).

I hope ehungarians (and not only) will read this, and express their opinion on the points I mentioned in the article!

Have a good evening
