Best Residence for House Durability in USA

Hello everyone,

According to what I read in the wiki, the durability of the houses was determined by the level of the region where it is located. Provides 20% more durability in the town.

According to my research for the regions in the USA, the following 10 regions have not been occupied for a long time. You can choose one of the towns in this list as a residence.

One more note: the ones that give the best benefit are the ones with less than 50 population.
So if you see a region with 49, don't go there, you will be screwing yourself and the other 49.
