BEP for New/Interested Ones

1st order of business under my Party Presidency: BEP Sub-forum for new people to erepublik and those interested in the BEP.
I have pushed for a new tier of members to be created on our BEP forums. This section will be for either new people who know little about the game and would like individual attention or people curious about the BEP and would like to get to know us better before joining. This course of action will provide a sort of BEP community amongst the new and experienced of erepublik. I and anyone with a company would PM apprentice level workers and such to join our party's forum for help, insight, community, and involvement. With this background that will be formed with these new people, they will one day hopefully join the political atmosphere (not necessarily the BEP) and become productive, active citizens. We intend to train some of the inexperienced and made the UK better as a whole. So, I don't really see a downside to this course of action. Eno_Live can be credited with the actual creation of this separate membership (as he founded our forums and I'm not exactly savvy when it comes to such matters).
As I said this will take time. This is by no means a short-term solution to getting new members, or to getting our country more involved, but it will eventually prove to be a great way to truly connect with the "lower tier" of society that is often neglected by leading parties.
I am fully aware of the various programmes involved in helping the new of erepublik, but quite simply they are too few and not as effective as they should be. I by no means want to replace the current programmes, but rather to add onto that list and help make the eUK a better place. With our relatively small population, we have to rely on the efficiency of the few people we do have to bring us up to speed on a competitive international community.
On a side note, I'm also pushing for increased advertisement (whether it be Facebook, Twitter, etc.) in order to boost our population.
In addition our manifesto is nearing completion. The 2nd draft will be looked over and hopefully published officially on my newspaper in the near future.
