Dear the small population of Belfast, and the huge population of the UK.

Once again it is that time of month, where we must decided the new mayor\\\'s of each region. I want to become the Mayor of Belfast because I want to make eBelfast into a recognizable city in eUK. I want to make us the best city in eUK, I am going to try my up most best to try and recruit as much loyal people into Belfast that it bursts at the seems.
I am going to gift every single person in Belfast every day, apart from inactive people because there weird. I will even try and get a SECOND hospital if it will help get new members into the ranks of Belfast. I already have some good politcal knowledge since I am a congressman and I have been at belfast my whole eLife. I am also trying to become the Minister of Finance which will be a big thing for me.

From my knowledge, I thought that only the MOD choose when and where a hospital should be build now?

Yeah the Minister of Defence does Hospitals nowadays. As they are only used in War.
