Be strong

As I am not an ordinary woman, I won't write common eRepublik news themes (like politics or "just" jokes). I rather write how to get and stay in shape, because a good soldier has to be besides mentally also physically strong.
Being strong isn’t just about being able to get through a tragedy, its also about preparing yourself physically and mentally – for the tests that life will put us through. Its about developing the emotional and mental toughness that will allow us to not only get through tragedy and overcome pain ourselves, but allow us to be a beacon of strength for others.

Program je začetniški za aktivacijo mišic in že malo za kurjenje maščobe, predvsem so vaje z lastno težo 😉
