Latvia vs Sweden.
Back story to the ABC conflict.
Dear readers, as you have seen and heard, ABC now goes up against it's former ally, Sweden. Although also i see my country as pro one as does every other country CP involved in the conflict. We’ve had mutual protection treaties, helped each other in battles. That until very recently. As of today it's clear that this no longer is the case. Sweden has attacked Latvia and they are pushing for Finland in a war against us.
We thank our allies who have helped my country to beat Finland back. That's the start of the problem with Sweden.
In the early my CP reign, we had a agreement with Finland to end the war. Both do No NE votes, then after that peace vote and after. Both countries would retrain original regions. Good deal, unfourtanely it wasn't the case. The first Finnish no ne vote failed. While ours passed. First real setback. Then the Finnish started again a no NE vote. It failed also. Since our troll had declared Finland NE we managed to contact congress and have the voting stopped until the Finns vote. We instructed our congress to vote only then when the Finns had voted. What happened was that the Finnish no NE vote had failed again. Finnish president blamed our vote in a failure. Which is bullshit.
Finns had taken advantage of the situation, Põhja was conquered and they almost managed to wipe us.
War went on. Then Neppons started to talk garbage, that they need to help finland and threatened Latvia with a NE.He claimed that Belarus was about to leave EDEN,wich is quite unfounded he wanted to attack ABC while Latvia and Lithuania are attacking Belarus. You can now all she to whom Belarus is allied to.
He didn't attack Latvia in the end. Only came out with a threat against ABC. Days went by and we had a Asgard-Estonia talk going on. I had my 2 diplomats there. There they proposed a peace which included region rent, three regions and one of them not being Lääne-Eesti. Which meant the conditions for peace where not good, since we would have only one resource. We turned down the proposal.
Now, as Estonia had thrown Finns out of our lands, and about to attack Finland, they declared Latvia as Natural enemy and now we are waiting for a Sweden's attack. I see the lie which Sweden is attacking. Regions. They look to have been switched sides.
