Australian income taxes

Australian taxes are currently 10% for income (if your new it means that 10% of the money you make will get taken away)
now this is quite high seeing as Russia is 5% and we are not currently in war (except for war games but that does not count)
this income tax makes our currency a lot weaker since high income workers have to pay more then the noob's this income tax has caused our wages in higher ranks to be lower then most
an example is in Spain which has 5% taxes skill 4 workers get around 14-16 ESP which taxed is 13.3 if using 14 as the base this allows players of that skill level to buy high quality things e.g weapons q2 and food q5
this increases their production and also they can work at the higher quality places which will make the economy stronger.
while as a lvl 4 manufacture i get around 9 AUD a day and taxed is 8.10 and with the high food prices i have about 3.30 to spend on weapons and gifts. This is stunting the growth of Australian citizens who can't get higher jobs and will suffer military wise.
i propose all the income taxes that are currently 10% to become 7%

Those are some good statistics m8 hope some senators check it out.
Unfortunatly due to high spending budgets this hasnt been a major possibility in the past, however if future bugets spend less reducing income tax is a viable option that I for one will be pushing.

Agreed, if we can reduce the budget and stop throwing cash into money pits like Centrelink, then we will be able to lower income taxes and allow players to spend more on high quality food, weapons, and houses, thus increasing our military prowess in the long run.

i was living in canada 30% tax i believe but the prices for everyting were very cheap q3 food was just 3 CAD
30% taxs were put it place (at least in the US im not sure about canada) before the war started but after the UK's "war games" that made it blindingly obvious that PEACE intended to attack, and it was left as it was for weapons as an insentive for workers to work there to give the weapons market a boost to help it cope with war-time demand. That said the original 20% wasn't exactly low...
Also why you are using RUSSIA as an example of how you should run a country I will never know... spain mabey...
Canada's was 15% IIRC before the war.
Many successful large countries use 10%, our taxes are quite reasonable in comparison to an 'average' country, rather than highlighting some of the lowest like this article does
That said, the lower the taxes the better imo 😛

Do what the smart and older people do! Work for 1 AUD and buy the rest of your pay from your employer from the monetary market dirt cheap like they do. 🙂

i was using russia as an example because they have low taxes i could use spain if i wanted to 🙂
and i am not saying lower taxes to 5% i am saying 7% because that is reasonable since we are neutral 🙂
7% tax sounds great however will it give the government enough income to fullfil it's responsibilities?
Has a budget been announced?
If so you need to take a good look and see what expense you want to reduce or exclude.
Also what ramifictions that has on the population.
Someone suggested that no money be put into Centrelink. Why do we have a Centrelink, what function does it perform and what would happen if it was abolished?
Less taxes OK but that just means everyone has to be more self sufficient.
