How did you come up with your username?
Its one I started using on SecondLife years ago, I've been known by it their for ages. As I'm fairly religious I've always loved the Name Xavier so used that and SecondLife allocated the surname Griffith to me automatically, so I've stuck with it through all the games I play.

Why did you start player erepublik?
I loved the concept of the game when I saw it advertised in its Beta format. Actually registered for the Beta but didn't get in, but started playing as soon as it opened up fully. Of course by then Indonesia owned Australia

Who was your eHero when you were a noob?
Actually I didn't really have one when I first started. But generally the first people I really got to know during the resistance was Zany, Cottus and Patti first. After I got to know widds and Derek.

Your best moment while playing Erepublik life?
Actually, my best and most shocking was being Prime Minister for 2 terms. It had its ups and downs of course but I had a really great team, both in cabinet and the senate and we all worked really really well together. It was the calmest Australia had had for a long time. Add to that the 5 battles we had going in the first of my terms both in South Africa and then NT and WA, what a war those were

The thing which you think is your biggest contribution to eAustralia?
I think my biggest contributions would have to be our System of Government. People bitch about it all the time, but people in the game have to realise that there are 4 main reasons people play eRepublik. Your either into the Military aspect, the Company Aspect or the Political aspect. I'm all political. Others in the eWorld that I spoke to as PM and where involved in the game for the political aspect of the game commented how much more fun Australian politics was than in their own eCountries. I'm glad ours is the way it is. I also think my contribution as the PM was one the biggest to the nation.

Best moment for eAustralia if history?
Me becoming PM LOLOLOLOL....actually, I'd have to say the 5 wars during my first term as PM....war war and more war and the WA resistance war we lost due to a bug was huge and cliff hanging material.

Any advice for new players?
Get on the forums, get known, speak to the old players, speak to those players that have been playing for a bit longer and get a great view of the whole thing. Realise that the game has all types of people and that not every individual is right or wrong. Also talk to people on IRC, its a great place to learn about the game and the People that made the nation what it is today.

What’s your current take on eAustralia?
I think its going to take the nation a bit of time to recover from the disaster of the Indo PTO. But I think it will get there sooner or later, there may be some rough patches and there may be some stupid mistakes in getting there, but it will be fine. I can't really say myself, i'm only 2 clicking and too busy trying to get Australia up and running with its own government and economic

Can you see yourself becoming a major player again anytime soon?
At this point, no, not unless people asked me to return for a serious political reason. IE: Senate or PM. I'm kind of happy 2 Clicking at the moment and working on getting Australia up and running properly in Anno 1777. I'd like to see our nation their as good and economically strong as we were in eAustralia on eRep during my terms as PM.
