Australian Defence Force - Be a soldier, be a patriot.
Australian Defence Department
Dear Citizen,
Are you tired of coming on to erepublik, working, training and then doing 5 fights without weapons in a meaningless battle? Do you wish you could become a field marshal and deploy to some of the hottest conflict zones in the eWorld?
Well there's an easy solution and it's called the Australian Defence Force. Whatever your rank, whatever your strength there is a place for you to contribute and grow in the ADF. Below are the branches of the ADT, their requirements and their role.
Boot Camp
As a member of boot camp we will equip you with the knowledge and understanding of the game necessary to succeed in the armed forces. You will acquire knowledge on wellness, wargames, weapons/walls/battles/fighting, alliances as well as getting to know what you are entitled to as a member of the ADF.
While the stuff you may learn about seems daunting now, you will pick up the knowledge and skills with ease under the guidance of our kind and knowledgeable boot camp mentors.
To join boot camp you must be level 5-15 and have wellness of 40, you must register on the eAustralian Forums (links at bottom of article) and request membership to the Australian citizen group. You then should see the boot camp section, enter it and it is self explanatory from there on in.
Australian Army Reserves (AAR)
It is important to note that you may be a member of boot camp and the AAR. As a member of the AAR you are entitled to a minimum of 14 q1 weapons a week, that's 2 per day! You can be entitled to 35 a week (5 a day) if you work in a GFC (Government Funded Company - and we pay fair wages). This ensures you rise quickly up the military ranks and become stronger by the day. Also, joining the AAR is like joining a very large, extended family of similar new players to you - the new blood of our nation.
To join AAR all you need is 4 strength and the rank of sergeant. It is highly recommended that you graduate from boot camp before joining the AAR but there is no rule against it. You must post in a forum thread, link below, to sign up.
Australian Commandos Unit Koalas (ACUK)
As a member of ACUK you are entitled to a minimum of 14 q1 weapons a week - but that's only if there are constant TWs. Those who work in GFCs will receive 35 q1s a week for constant TWs. If there are deployments however those who work in GFCs are entitled to 5 q3 weapons per day whereas those not in GFCs are only entitled to 5 q1 weapons.
To join ACUK all you need is 11 strength and a rank of colonel. Joining ACUK is the first step to joining the prestigious Dropbear unit - eAustralia's elite and the goal of all ACUK and AAR members. You must PM the ACUK Marshal to join (link below). You must also claim IRC to use weapons, there is a dummy guide on the forums.
Dropbears
These guys are the killer koalas, with fully formed 9 inch steel claws and fangs the size of a human hand. Enemy troops quake in their boots when they see dropbears approaching, they know their q5 guns are no match for the strength and equipment of the dropbears. These koalas are the elite and as good as they come. Being a dropbear entitles you to 5 q5 guns for important battles as well as a generous wage in our companies should you choose to work there.
To be the elite you need strength of 16 and rank of Field Marshal. You must PM the Dropbear marshal to join (link below). You must also use IRC to claim weapon, there is a dummy guide on the forums if you need one.

I'm afraid I could not link the request group membership thread, AAR thread or the ACUK/DB's commanders forum profiles, I don't think erep likes aus form links for some reason. So here they are below, you'll have to copy and paste these addresses in to your address bar.

Actually it's 2 per day.
Oops, my bad, fixed.
Poland votes FTW!
Thanks Widds, just wanted to make sure I'm not telling people the wrong thing.
Don't you have to ave 9 strength to get into ACUK? If not, I shouldn't be in it 😛
ST, nah it's 11 strength, but you joined before the new requirements came into place so you can stay.
Any existing military personnel that don't meet the new requirements are allowed to stay.
I wanna join the AAR, but I don't know why!!!!
The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you. And I'm an eAustralian with Forum access, and I've requested for membership for AAR and I've got no response.
Unfortunatly the AAR simply ignores my contacts, I've been trying to join for a week now and nothing, they are so freaking disorganized
felipe they have things to deal with and are busy some times and if u wait they will sort you out im sure
lol im the outcast here.
to big for the first one, too big for AAR, too inexperienced for ACUK and dropbears. 🙁
which one should i go to? im a little confused :/
