Dearest eIndonesia:

We noticed you guys are failing massively and are no longer an empire, as such we are more than happy to take over your original territories so you don't have to worry about getting taken over maliciously. So, if you want to, let us know and we will battle our way through you, should be easy as pie considering how weak you guys are now.

eIndonesian citizens:

Your government is leading you into a rut - tell them you want none of this and support eAustralian occupation of eIndonesia! At the moment it is the only real option.

Trust me, we only want what's best for you, and that involves us having control of your territory.
