Attention all General Managers

Germany is facing a shortage of labor; there are many more job openings than there are available workers. The government needs the help of General Managers to help equalize the workforce a bit.

We would like all General Managers OVERmanned (as in companies with more workers than max productivity) to post the company, industry type, and how many workers they have over the line.

Along with that, we ask any company UNDERmanned (as in they don't have enough workers to meet max productivity) to do the same; only this time post how many workers you need to reach max productivity.

One of the most vital areas that we need developed is the wood industry. Any land-oriented companies that have excess workers should figure out some sort of deal with a GM of a wood company to transfer some workers for the same wage or something. We need to spread labor around to make EVERY facet of the economy strong. If there are other industries that have excesses/shortages of workers other than wood, feel free to balance that out aswell.

The government can't force this on any company, but we simply ask that the GMs help out the economy by helping each other. Working together, GMs that do this can ensure German industrial stability in the future, and open up the development of wood-heavy industries like hospitals and defense systems.
