I made a comment about my thoughts much earlier then it was just butt scratching for a while until it was suddenly tried to be rammed through in a couple hours, basically it's a free ingame vote on a topic that was never settled. Quit crying if you are losing.

Jacobi, you are insane based on the following definition:

I'm sure that definition of insanity also assumes the conditions are constant upon each repetition. In this case, they're not (different congress, different president, etc.).

Let's face the next question. After HOPE gets 1/2 a company free the next donation is to CAF. Let's give CAF a 1/2 free q5 but all my exp in CAF shows that CAF members refuse to slavepit. So why are we going to give away a free Q5 to them? Because it's fair? So Coda can have more? Do you see where this leads? I question who the imbeciles really are here.

I just think that everyone should learn from my mistake in helping you get into Congress last month.

I find it very hard to believe there isn't someone out there who will let HOPE use a Q5, pretty sad really.

The conditions aren't exactly the same but the spirit remains constant. This failed for the same reasons as last time, even though its a different leader and a different collection of congressmen. Why should one group get a 390g freebie when there are so many others out there?

For pointing out the obvious. I'm not even trying, a free vote was called on an unsettled issue and ppl tried to ram it through. There's nothing to even cry about here but that's what's happening. A few ppl said vote this way because I said so and it's being rejected, deal with it. There's nothing more complicated than that happening. Might hurt your ego but I guess that's really the issue here?

Also Addy makes a really good point I just saw because I offered my factories to IL, not like there aren't free things to use kicking around.

Once you start to bend the definition of charity, the MUs and the CAF become charities as well.

Again, there must be a guy within HOPE that has a Q5 that can share it. Cripes, COI shares seven Q5s and members are constantly hosting little raffles and incentives to award food and guns to junior members.

Hope isn't COI, the CAF or TCO. It helps a different segment and a different kind of player. It is also credible and its leaders are trustworthy. Government investment would yield demonstrable, quantifiable results which more than justify using idle money. The investment is half of what will be needed in a few days. Great way to double your ROI.

I understand your (sub-rasa) point - that if you are an imbecile you immediately go to: "if Hope gets some, everyone else has to get some too". however this was the deal put forward, once the hope transfer is done we will start the transfer to CAF, also, once TCO puts in a request we will try to do the same. Also, 1/2 is to be repaid 1/2 as a donation. None of this was ever agreed to. It was last minute additions that were to be rammed through, the deal sticks on so my levels it isn't funny. The criers can cry but this is written right there, there's no tears if it loses and Jacobi can go cry butthurt in a corner if it doesn't. This was done poorly and you can't blame congress for voting it down.

I tried to find solutions to congressional lack of knowledge when it comes to voting, but nobody wanted to discuss it, Etemenanki trolled the hell out of me and Mugslack locked the thread early like he always does. And I did this all right after the two failed NE votes some time back, with the express foreknowledge that it would happen again, but no one took it seriously.

@aeriala, we are considering on doing voluntary slave pits. The issue is that we need more Q5 factories.

And, it's obvious that there are different classes of MU ie slave pits/no slave pits, for profit/not for profit, brush twice a day/brush whenever.

The MU's help make us smaller players more effective per fight, especially against the cursed bazookas (which every fight I've done trying to get stronger at least 5 are bazookas). At my level bare handed on some of those guys I drop them 10/hit, so there goes 50% of health on one opponent...

Perhaps not my place to chime in, but the MU's do assist players which in turn makes em more effective should canada fight someone bigger opponents. It is alot of money to throw around, but think how much we probrably waste in emergency war funding buying resources in a pinch while they are in high demand.

level doesn't matter it seems you are always fighting bazooka players but don't let that deture you it's actually a blessing. Bazookas have crappy defense, you actually take them down faster doing more damage than against a tank equip player. Love those bazookas you're fighting not hate.

Compare our strength levels, on average w/o any weapon I do 20-25ish against tanks, usually 10-13 against bazookas.. When I said level I meant strength (my mis-type). You are at 4k strength, I am at 700, strength is the variable that makes the difference. In some fights I'll use 80-90 health against 1 player thnx to their strength along with their weapon. 😕 (sometimes tanks cause the same waste of health, but usually it'd be bazookas)
