Explanations:
Assassins Army:
A group of phoenix soldiers from private to field marshals that fight to have pride in their countries

Groups:
A team of experts in one of the (tank, artillery, infantry ...) that have population of 7 soldier in one group

Group Commander:
A person that have to control his group and selected with a referendum

Great commander:
The commander of commanders that control every groups

Warden:
A person that control the commander work and if any of leaders have many mistakes warden can say to leaders deposition him

Council of advice system:
A council of 3 dignitary ranks in this army that have to precedence wars and outfitting soldiers

Leaders:
The highest ranks in the Persian assassin party that have to leading all of this army

Stripe:
Place that punish the soldiers that have work against this army

Name:
Clause1: name of this army is assassin’s army and in this statute in brevity we say army

Goal:
Clause2: our goal is to help phoenix and we have not to do any thing against phoenix

Length:
Clause3: the length of army works is intolerable

Basic central group:
Clause4: the basic central group is 4 organizations that the leaders built it
Clause5: if need more organizations the leaders build them after the members say that

Humanity helps:
Clausre6: each organization can get helps from peoples and their members

Army Sessions:
Clause7: we have public sessions with members per month and have session with commanders per week and in each condition must have 40 percent of members to start it

Clause8: any of commanders must have relations with his members (with newspaper chat rooms forum phone …)

Managing this army is by leaders and Council of advice system

Clause10: if someone needs deposition first the warden check him and duty of deposition is by great commander and endowment the ranks are work of leaders

Clause11: any topic and decision making in Council of advice system is needed to remain 24

Clause12: in vital positions with agree of 4 leaders it can be accomplished

Clause13:
Any of ranks in this army have to donate some money to army acc monthly or weekly

Clause14:
Army courthouse can fine a guilty little or heavy fines and or fire them (some times it have remission)
