As Promised: Q&A Answers.

Day 1,182, 17:17 Published in USA USA by Chocolate McSkittles

I didn't put them in any particular order, the title to this article is mediocre at best, and I merged some questions on similar content.

This actually turned out to be a lot longer than I thought it would, probably because I have nothing to hide and answered every question thrown at me, like a man.

That being said, I apologize in advance for the length.

Why are you a member of South Carolina Ulku Ocaklari party? A party controlled by the INCI, a group many Americans feel poses a threat to our national security -including the Military.

The simple answer is that I don't discriminate based on xenophobic paranoia. The executive branch has declared that INCI citizens are to be legally considered the equivalent to "normal" citizens, as is within their purview, and frankly I see no benefit to attempting to alienate a growing segment of our society (one who has taken no hostile action against us and from all accounts is very friendly to outsiders, which I think is confirmed by the number of friend requests I've gotten since joining the party)

I tried to find a link to that V-day pic people are using as their avy but cant find it. Oh well.

INCI is a part of our country whether your like it or not. I'm not going to argue about whether or not it a was a good idea, I'm simply noting a fact of life, one which we must accept.

What do you think of LeBron? Lebron or Kobe?

As a Clevelander (albeit a non-native one) obviously it sucked that he left. However, I supported his right to search out the team that's best for him, if Cleveland didn't offer what he was looking for in a team, then good for him for finding what he wanted.

That said, turning the whole thing into a dramatic affair reflected very poorly on him. Things like doing a one hour ESPN special, pretending he "just decided that morning" and not telling his coach, and more importantly his teammates, reflected very poorly on him. It was disrespectful to an organization that bent over backwards for him and disrespectful to the teammates that he played every night with.

I'd pick Kobe over Lebron. Kobe just strikes me as a better team player with a more dynamic game.

What is your fascination with squirrels?

You appear to have me confused for someone else.

Chocolate or Skittles?

I'm not a huge fan of skittles, so definitely chocolate.

Skittles art is pretty cool though.

Who is your favorite (eRep) player?

Tougher question to answer than I figured, so I'll cheat and break it down into some people as well as the reasons.

Ligtreb: Hes ligtreb. What more is there to say? He plays the game as a game, and is universally liked. Some people question his decision to rarely take a stance, but I see it as a good thing. When he takes a stance, people notice.

One Eye: If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have even played this game. He was the real source of strong economic arguments in eRep and thats what kept me intrigued long enough for habit/addiction to sink in. His arguments and debates made bigger changes for the eUS more than most presidents.

Raepdog: I was going to explain why, but you already know why so I wont bother.

Porter: A fellow avid forum goer, have similar mindsets in terms of gameplay. eRepublik is a team game with specific goals and many of the things we've created in game simply serve to segment eUS society instead of unifying it towards its goals. Porter asks questions and fights for causes, not for self but for country. Respek.

HR: A lot of people like to hate HR, for various reasons, and I can understand some of those reasons - but simply said the guy is one of the best players in this game.

Onishi: Because trololololol

And as a last note.....You! Yes, you the reader...because you are just so cool and awesome and fun and smarttt...and have great taste in what you readddd.....

Isn't Blazix the hotest Asian girl you know?

Blazix isn't just hot. Shes cute, pure, kawaii, and std free.

Cute. Kawaii. STD Free. Blazix

(Writers note: I made that decision yesterday, before being utterly rejected by Blazix, so this answer may not be accurate anymore)

Boxers or brief?

Boxers, for various reasons, mostly to do with flexibility.

First of all, say you're hanging out at a friends place and suddenly decide to go swimming. But wait, you forgot swim trunks, and you don't want to go full nude today due to some company not appreciating it. Briefs may make the situation uncomfortable for others (while I imagine being awful to swim in) while boxers work great as swim trunk replacements (and dry quickly).

As a second demonstration, consider this hypothetical situation. You just woke up, its about 2pm and you have a bit of a hangover. You walk into the living room and see your roommate on the couch eating a bowl of generic cereal wearing nothing but ______. (Boxers, Briefs)

Now consider how this story will have gone in either situation.

Boxers: You give him a high five and grab a bowl of cereal as well.

Briefs: You kick him in the only part of his body thats clothed. You then steal his car to drive to his hot girlfriends house, then steal the girlfriend.

Clearly boxers are superior.

Atlantis, EDEN, Brolliance or PANAM?

Easily PANAM.

Atlantis - I came along late in Atlantis' life and only really got to experience Sweden being pig disgusting and betraying Germany. That reflected very poorly on the alliance as a whole that it would allow its members to attack prospective and interested members.

EDEN - Started to suck after the first few months, albeit less than phoenix

Brolliance - had serious identity issues and was simply a sub-sect of EDEN

Panam is the only alliance that we've really had a say in its development, and weren't simply along for the ride. It doesn't feel like we're simply pawns in a central European slugfest. Pretty neat.

Yeah we're like a wasp! or something?

You have to have sex with one person the rest of your life, who would you pick? You can pick anyone, dead or alive single or not.

I think the answers pretty obvious.

If you could go back to your presidency and change one thing, what would it be? What was your biggest success?

I don't have a lot of regrets over things I did because I generally acted as best I could with the information I have at hand. Losing LK again was a pretty brutal night, but I would have to say my biggest regret was that I didn't push up our next leader. I had hoped that the experience of my month would drive either Hamilton or GF to run for CP, both of whom got experience in my cabinet and I tried to encourage, but obviously that didn't work out. Both would have been great CPs and would have done a great job picking up where I left off with a lot of things, but oh well. I'm glad Hamilton ran later, although I'm sad he wasn't terribly content with his month.

My biggest success was the rental deal. I never imagined it would last as long as it has, and never once imagined it would have the effect it did. It's crazy thinking that there's times when our MM is so broken that the rent is literally one of our biggest (or only) sources of gold-income. It also did wonders for Relations, and opened up the American mindset to the possibility of mechanically sound decision making in using our regions effectively. Future presidents now have a precedent should they see an opportunity to improve American welfare via region rental.

Favorite color?

I wouldn't say I have one. However, I will say that I feel the color green is absolutely great in nature, but looks terribly (in my opinion) on anything else, especially clothing and buildings.

How are you so awesome?

No u.

What was the most devious thing you have ever done in this game?

I honestly don't know. I'm generally pretty transparent in my goals and methods, so I don't tend to do stuff very "deviously".

Would you rather have no brain or no heart (metaphorically speaking)?

I feel like most people are going to say "no brain", but I'll just be honest and say I'd rather have no heart. I'm a thinking type (iirc I'm an INTP on the myers briggs) who likes to break things down As rationally as possible, so I'd lose less by losing my heart than my brain.

What would chairs look like if our knees bent the other way? Please answer with a diagram.

After serious consideration and various experiments using various chairs I have concluded that they would look like the following:

Thats right, a Lazyboy. The reason being is that the current shin area is simply planted where it is to keep it all out of the way. However, should our legs bend the other way then our shins/feet would naturally approach our heads. This would be unacceptable as it would make it very hard to work productively at a desk or eat comfortably at a table. Having our feet kept "out of the way" by having them angled straight forward seems like a comfortable yet viable solution to this problem.

This is not to say there are no downsides. Obviously this will take much more space than our current "chair", especially in high chair-density areas, such as schools and arenas. However, these downsides are easily overcome by the benefit that is the potential for automated transportation in this new age of chairs.

Can I walk on the Cuyahoga River yet? I refuse to go back to Cleveland until I can do this

You can, but bear the risk of spontaneous combustion. Your call, I'll wait on the other side and buy you a beer if you make it.

How big is your dong IRL? Srs question am doing survey.

Hint: Ask Blazix.

That's all. If something didn't get answered that you're curious about...well, sorry. You should have asked something.

I had fun answering these, hope you had fun reading them.
