Went there.
Saw some unrelated threads. (That bashing against Korean MMO's kinda disturbed me... especially because I used to play maplestory(not anymore) and still love Mabinogi.)
Finally went into the eRepublik thread only to be met by 30 pages worth of posts.
1 hour and 30 minutes. But I read it all.
from hypern's rise to fall within the thread and monkey's rise to my intro. (had to leave one. 😛
)
Now I'm back. I kinda like Facepunch already and considering to keep visiting.
That is how I spent the last 2 hours of my life when I should technically be asleep. 😃

Hmm... If the Facepunchers manage to make eSC a better place to live by the majority's standards, I don't really care if they PTO. So far, they seem like good people.

A PTO is never good, I am amazed that South Korea is going to let another one take place.
But hey maybe they will make eSK better like what the Japanese promised. hmm.
PTO has a negative connotation to it, but then again, it's similar to cout de tat.
SC in RL has gotten one and even though people suffered, SC turned out better.

Haha, I don't believe that was bashing Koreans, just HAVE Online, which I agree, looks like TF2 for people into anime chicks. Keep in mind it's a big forum, so outside the eRepublik thread, Facepunch's views don't exactly reflect ours. Glad you went and did some investigating yourself, though.

Considering there are 25,000 active members, I think it would be hard to avoid the occasional furry. That's why garry gave them their own tiny section to keep them away from the rest of the population.
Breton (and to lesser extent Stalinchan) there's a reason why most of us who lived under the Theocratic reign (majority of whom are in SC798 and the KNP) haven't really commented on the article wars between the Goon/FP/Arjay. It's not naivete or stupidity, it's just we've been there/done that. So don't bother dragging us into the rhetorics especially in our articles.
I applaud Peter's initiative, tho I have no opinion on Maplestory and Maginogi. 😛
there's some retarded flamers over there, sure, but at least the ones in the eRepublik thread seemed to have a cognitive population in general. cept hypern. lol

Why is it you guys cant stop bashing Fp? and peter welcome to the forum, of course there is the occasional bad person, but over all the facepunch community is nice and welcoming.

Alright well I think we should all just drop everything and give the goons a chance to run the country! Wouldn't that be a great idea? I mean they totally don't have a history of screwing up countries that they inhabit.
