Army Officers and the 3rd Report

Hello again!

I know i'm using up too much of media with this newspaper, but i think the citizens need to be informed of the Army reform progress, especially in this times when even the smallest conflict can start another World War. We must be organized and prepared!

1. List of Army Officers and the Chain of Comman😛

DaLe - President - Commander-In-Chief [CINC]
Red_Baxter - Vice President - Assistant to [CINC]
The Blasphemer - Minister of Defense - Second in Command [SINC], Commanding Officer of Elite Unit [CO]
SokoBiH - Assistant to MoD - Assistant to [SINC]
William Sussman - Army Commander - Commanding Officer of Army [CO]
Vit Ruzicka - Recruitment Officer- Commanding Officer of Training Camp [CO]
Wabia - Assistan to RC - Executive Officer of Training Camp [XO]

I was appointed by President, the Officers were appointed by me, based on their application, previous experiences, languages they speak and time they have for eRepublik.

Long story short:
For attacks: The president issues orders, Minister of Defense sends it to Commanding Officers, they submit it to their units.
For defense: Minister of Defense issues orders and forwards them to Commanding Officers, and again they submit it to their units.

All Assistants will work close with their Commanding Officers. Complex tactical decisions will be decided together.

I am leaving politics (i will not run for Party Presidency or Congress again) so i can be mobile. I will take the position of commanding officer of Elite unit too, William Sussman will be in charge of Army alone for now, and Vit Ruzicka with Wabia will be in charge of Training camp and recruits. They both speak Czech and i think that is a very big advantage. Not everyone is speaking English, and in case of eventual baby boom we'll need even more Czech speaking Officers.
And let's not forget my right hand, SokoBiH, very experienced player, 6 times MoD of eBiH, an expert in military!

First order: Officers William Sussman, Vit Ruzicka & Wabia should send a personal message with their gmail address to Czech Ministry of Defense in next 12 hours so i can grant you access to military spreadsheets.

All Officers will be granted access to their military spreadsheets later today or early tomorrow.

2. Recruitment Information
