Are we heading back into a ditch?

Day 1,779, 07:56 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Seranok

In one day we lose North East of England and Wexford. Losing these crucial regions will start to damage the economy as there is less income coming in to the government. But will these two regions lost progress to three? Four? Send us back into the slums? Debateable, certainly, but could it happen? Do you think we could go back to when we were surviving on one region? With all this comes a new general election. This problem is something for the new CP to think about, infact, not just the new CP. Not these leading political figures leading our parties, running the congress- we need to think about it. We need to sort it out. We can't sit here and let the bigger names do the work. I hope you consider this fact- for we need a birth of new strong politicians once these expirienced and older ones leave the game for good. 'Die', if you like.

I come to my second point. Our Army. Are we getting enough funds for our MUs to collect all these Q7 weapons for the other members? This is information every MU Commander will know, of course. But I, personally, think that people leading the government (Magic Hereos, Talon Karrde etc) need to look at the MUs and think 'Hmm, are the public 100% happy with how these MUs are run? Well, I realise there are Commanders to these MUs but do they need a push in the right direction?'.

I now come to my final point. Are we really giving a chance to younger players in politics? They must take baby steps on their way to bigger stages, but do they deserve more of a chance in, for example, PP elections? It appears that one, two, three, possibly four younger players enter PP elections. They never stand a huge chance. You always see level 39s, 45s etc that have already been congress, for example, three times. Do these older members need this much to fulfill their 'needs'? We need to give chances to our younger players, maybe if they prove to be fantastic we should vote for them. Not for their level, let's not just say 'Ah, he's level 21, he clearly doesn't have any talent whatsoever, don't vote for him/her.'. So next time you are voting for a PP, take in that one of those level 21/22s might have talent. They might be the solution to the eUKs problems, don't always vote for the 11x congress member and 1x CP, we need to give a chance to younger politicians.

Thank you for reading my ranting. I appreciate it. Stay strong eUK!
