Two unindicted co-conspirators have entered into the sneaky game of Experience Level Racing:
TemujinBC - stole frames from the Zapruder film
Wilhem Klink - has diplomatic immunity

The winner is the first to add 100 experience levels to their profile. Said winner gets to lord it over the loser, confident in their superiority as evidenced in an stunningly pointless 15-year old browser-based game that shows ground weapons as seven kinds of artillery shells, at least five of which do not seem aerodynamic.

And loser has to donate ~~100,000~~ 200,000cc for enhanced payouts to the Hot Air Program (a program the entirety of eCanada loves - even those on the lamb from hospital security).

After this competition be prepared. Temujin will come to you and propose another round, but with a much, much bigger prize pool.
