Hi all back again sorry its been a bit more than a week im right in the middle of exams doing this to relax.Wish me luck!

Ancient Jet Engines!?
This week in historical science im bringing you the story of Heros Jet Engine.
Created around 50 ad, I know this really is ancient, by ancient Greek scientist Hero of Alexandria this was the first every jet engine. However they dont seem to have been anything more than something interesting to stare at on your desk it was not until the second world war that the first ever jet engine aircraft flew 😮

that is not a jet engine that is actualy a basic steam powered spinning wheel

technically it works on the principle of using a jet of gas ejected by the machine to move so i think it is though it would be the first steam engine then aswell
