An Ongoing Crisis

An Enemy Of The State
For those who have continued to follow one of the news stories of the last week or so, it has revolved around a player known as Chickensguys. I have never had anything against him personally, and I have never had a reason to dislike him more than I do now. If you've noticed, CG has proposed two donations of 69 USD to the CBO. The CBO needs $400,000 to function, and he knows this. What his motives for taking such an action, knowing full and well that the nation's wellbeing could be adversely affected, I do not know. What I do know is that this man was fully aware of the actions that he took, and took them anyway.
The actions that Chickensguys took is easy to see, via his two proposals as a Congress member this term:
Proposal One
Proposal Two
Now, as Ronald Gipper Reagan stated in a comment to an article I was reading, CG was just protesting the war. As my reply comment stated, CG has the right to protest the United States' war with Canada in many ways, such as releasing material through the media, or raising the issue in discussions and stating his opinion regarding the matter with his fellow Congresspeople. Instead, he takes actions that are harmful to this country, and if other RLC Congresspeople take these actions throughout this term, could adversely affect the way the business of the nation is run.
RLC
Another interesting question is what to do with the Republican Liberty Caucus. I'm sure that not each and every member of this party have interests against the nation, and surely at least some of their member base have just as much dislike of this entire situation as I do.
The issue that most concerns some people is that the RLC did a good job of getting members elected to Congress, with 13 members of their party currently serving as eUS Congress members. While I have no issues with any of those people personally, an issue arises when CG has already used his two proposals to block the flow of money, and is head of the party which controls 12 other members.
The nation has no way to ensure that the other twelve members of Congress from the RLC have the same intentions as their Party President and fellow Congressman, and that is why I believe that the RLC, as a political party in this nation, now stands as an Enemy Of The State in itself. I've never been a fan of government run ATO operations, and my readers know that, but I am now calling for the administration of the United States to come together against this threat that masks itself by fighting what they call "the establishment".
As big as our enemy is, to take them down will require a serious run by the government, all of the other top five parties on board, and most of all, a massive number of people who are willing to give their time, and surely their vote, for the service of this nation.
Conclusion
I first of all want to see this article stand without removal from the admins for the reason of "vulgarity". I second, fully expect those who wish to interfere with the business of the country such as CG and Ronald Gipper Reagan to offer their comment, and I fully welcome it. I welcome it because it will help to prove the points of myself and countless others who have been warning the eWorld of the dangers of placing such men in positions of power.
It's easier to deal with an issue when its small, without much power, and can be more easily defeated. Now, the nation has to fight against a top five party with ties to the most hated man in the nation, the truest Enemy of the State, and we will surely have a fight on our hands. Rest assured, my faith in the power of the American people will not be shaken, and I believe that this, like all threats to this eWorld, will be dealt with in an appropriate manner.

Yep, that "protesting" comment got me going too. Good job o/
Not that I defend his action, since it is very harmful, but what is the point of protest if it doesn't affect anyone? Why do people on strike block traffic? Because it hurts governments and economy and FORCES them to listen.
Other than that, with the amount of ONE and proONE players taking citizenship, you are looking at complete pTO in a matter of few months.

@Romper, I'm not mad about his protest, but the manner in which he went about it (blocking CBO donations), isn't an ethical way of going about raising opposition to an action by the administration. I stated that if he was against the war he could easily use his powers of media (newspaper) to protest the action, and that is perfectly fine.
Boated the everloving **** outta this article!
There are many ways to effect the Government without blocking donations, instead why isn't the RLC encouraging it's members to pay their employees under the table and buy their products direct from suppliers; this would accomplish the same thing at a slower rate thus allowing to Government adjust....

CG killed America
why are you bringing little ole me in to this? 🙁
I am just a simple adviser. 🙂
Also, the RLC is trying to make a point here. We are the mavericks of eUS politics.
Ask Mr. Pfeiffer to put up the 1.2 million.
It wasn't my idea, but this reaction is priceless.
Since when does standing up for a just cause make you a traitor or an enemy of the state? This is another example of the ignorance that plagues eRepublik.
Have fun trying to take the RLC down. Looking at the current political trends as long as the party stays unified it's going to be nearly impossible.
I know we've dealt with issues in the past, and surely this is no different than the ones we saw in the past. The biggest obstacle we face is the size of the RLC and how many members in its base could be in support of this Congressman's actions.
I would like to see the RLC become the party of the people, one that raises questions in a thoughtful manner, and one that encourages positive behavior from its elected officials, not a blatant disregard for the welfare of the country.
Did you even bother to read my article?
Further more if you were to read my article you would actually understand it is congresses job to protest such actions and not doing so is a disservice to the country.
Again, you can protest, just not via this method. It's clearly the Congress' job to follow the donation cycle until it's changed by a majority vote, which won't happen because the system is set and clear. You're doing the name of the Congress a disservice by continuing your tenure.
And also, I read the piece you wrote, and again, it shows the error of your ways on so many levels.

It is Congresses job to run the country FIRST, then we complain, squabble and hopefully change attitudes. A well played argument changes attitudes, changes people, etc.
That's the issue with Congresspeople like CG, they don't honor their commitment to the masses of people who depend on stable, worthwhile leadership.
That's because CG is neither a leader or worthy.

I think Chicken is a toy of our worst enemy, Pizza Ajay Bruno Cartman! CG i share your opinion that the congress has to CONTROL the government, but sabotage against the own people isnt the correct instrument. Try to get president if you want to change politics and dont listen to trolls like Pizza Lee!
