Dear Citizens of Brazil,
I am Elisa Vorimberg, the newly appointed German ambassador to Brazil.
First off, here is Germany's governmental structure:
Nolan Pitler: Minister of Foreign Affairs - responsible for negotiations and head of diplomatic staff
Shoot: Minister of Internal Affairs
Chicco*: Minister of Defense
GeBe: Minister of Finance & Economy
Franz Sigel: State Secretary in the office of the Chancellor
*Chicco has taken over for MortenLond who just resigned earlier today.
Before Germany joined atlantis, we were great allies.
While we have angered you, and you have every right to be upset with us, you do still have friends in Germany. And I have no doubt that we still have friends here.
We are deeply sorry to Brazil for how you ended up getting treated by our joining ATLANTIS. We did it because Hungary was talking about taking more Austrian territories than just Burgenland (which they had stolen earlier). We saw a future of being harassed by Hungary if we joined PEACE. In Atlantis we would be allies with people willing to defend us rather than steal from us.
This had nothing to do with Brazil's kindness and we are deeply sorry for how unfairly you were treated.
However, Peace and Atlantis should not keep friendly nations apart. I think that we should at least have a neutral stance towards each-other in this world war.
I am here to answer any questions you may have about Germany, in an effort to re-build relations.

Because we are over 10.000 and some of them -not the goverment- indeed talking about to annex Austria, but some of them talking about to annex to entire world too, so maybe the brazilai should join to antlantis also... 🙂

Before Austria joined Germany there were some worries about a Hungarian political takeover in Austria. They were breathing down our necks and they refused to give back a territory that they were only supposed to take as a training war.
Then our government announced that they had received threats from Hungary of taking more regions.
Also, since your avatar is covered in Hungarian flags, and the words "Hungarian Army", I am going to completely dismiss your comment. Forgive me for that.

Perhaps I didn't mention this, but my embassy is not a propaganda center. Only legitimate Brazilians and Germans have any right to be here.
It appears that the Brazilians have been responding well, so I am happy.
As a representative of Brazil inside and outside of our country, I'd like to welcome you in our country.
Even we're countries that belongs to enemie alliances, I think we can improve our diplomatic relationship as possible as we can.
I've already told you about many things in forum, IRC. Not only me, Bruno Thomas too, so that's the reason for this 'little' welcome.

I have no personal problem with Germany, I just think that you are, if not evil persons, unexperient persons.
First of all you asked us for help to get free from Sweden. PEACE and Brazil helped you. Sweden said that they would set you free anyway, but they are talking about this for 2 months and didn't do anything, and we went in your help.
You said that you are afraid of Hungary that they could invade you (There's where I call you unexperient) you could solve this fear just with a few messages between you and Hungary, Indonesia, Italy and even Brazil. We could fix this fear up.
But you change the PEACE for Atlantis, why don't be neutral? (There's where I think that you are evil) Why that you went to ATLANTIS? By doing this you made us think that you don't ever want to join us, but that you were eager to get free and need our help, but your heart are with them.

We recognize that PEACE did help us get free of Sweden.
There were two threats made:
1) PEACE told us to join them or get invaded.
2) Hungary threatened to take more Austrian territories.
Now, perhaps this is a cultural difference, but when we received these threats we took them very seriously.
We could not remain neutral because PEACE threatened to invade us if we don't join them, we stood no chance without one of the alliances.
So we had the choice between being in an alliance with Hungary, who was threatening to take a few Austrian territories (not a full-on war, just enough to piss us off) and Sweden, who had recently removed all claim on Schleswig-Holstein (which to us was a major goodwill gesture, it represented a complete end to all the old hostilities).
Sweden was now the one offering protection, while Hungary with her 10,000 war-mongering newbs were making threats.
And we don't usually send messages to "fix up" a threat like that, the threat was made and we took that very seriously.
I have the utmost confidence that German leaders did what was best, and even if they didn't, the decision is already made.
Quite frankly, it isn't fair to Brazil. If we had shared our border with Brazil instead of Hungary I'm sure we would have joined PEACE. That just isn't fair to you and Germany realizes that. But sometimes things just can't be fair, so we did what we had to do and now ask you for forgiveness.
