An observation of the Kosovo vote

that in RL, it is usually the native citizen of a country who vote for self determination. in erep, it turns out the citizens and robots (a lot of them too) of other countries who are voting whether a country should be independent or not?

현실이었다면 그 국가의 토착 시민들이 스스로의 운명을 결정지었을것이다.
이리퍼블릭에서 다른 국가의 시민들과 봇들이 그 국가가 독립될것인지 아닌지에 대해서 경정하는 것일까?

true, but many citizens of e-Kosovo could be foreigner in RL so it's hard to determine who should be able to vote for the future of e-Kosovo.

For me, I have no stake what so ever with it being a new country or part of Serbia, it seems strange to give me a vote.
