A lot of articles and comments in North Korea have questioned Carlos Bianchi aka Celio Azevedo's integrity as an honest player as he runs for President once again.
As many know “accusations without proof, reported” is a common theme in response to any of these occurrences.
So I would just like to survey public opinion with one question before the election.
Do you think Carlos Bianchi is an honest citizen?
Answer only yes or no.
Only the votes of eCitizens older than Carlos will be counted for obvious reasons.
No Orgs can vote.
Because Carlos appears to be world renowned I also encourage eCitizens outside North Korea to vote.

Yes. Carlos Bianchi (Celio Azevedo) is very honest. He founded the eNorth Korea and the socialist party here. He helped everyone to fight against all the PTO tries. Celio Azevedo only WAS BANNED IN THE PAST BECAUSE MANY PEOPLE REPORTED HIM WITH LIES. But now, Celio is back, stronger than never. Vote Carlos Bianchi tomorrow.
