Join the new world

If history teaches us one thing, its this: Empires tend to crumble from the inside. If history teaches us two things, its that very few people ever see it coming. Our top five parties aren't always on the best terms. Yet the top five parties are the most important aspect of this game. They are the ones that secure congress with candidates and blockers. They are the ones that endorse presidential candidates. They are the lifeblood of this game.

Time and time again, once-great countries have failed because their citizens thought they were immune. They thought they were different. They were wrong. Our enemies are not so much foreign threats anymore, our once great enemy Phoenix is gone and I am confident the hundreds of men and women in our armed forces can and will defeat any enemy they come face to face with. But its not foreign enemies that we must worry ourselves with today, our greatest enemy is ourselves. If I am elected as the Party President of the United Independents Party I will strive to work toward endless cooperation between the top five parties. Yes that is right, you did not miss read or skip a line. I Dan Heylin will be running for the position of Party President for the United Independents Party!! We need to realize that we are all on the same team, we are Team America!



A Piece of Clay

The UIP is like a piece of clay. You can mold it into any shape you want. You can just take one color and work for the party or you can take multiple colors and work in many different areas of eRepublik.

What i'm trying to get at here is that the UIP will be whatever you want to make it into. Its all up to you. A big part of my agenda if elected Party President is internal efficiency and expansion. I want to open up every possibility to our members. Myself and my Vice Party Presidential candidate have a few projects we would like to enact to hopefully open up some new doors to our members. We would also like make our departments(Comm, Recruiting, etc) practically run on their own. We want to make all of our departments as crisp and clean as possible.

Elections

Another thing that I would be addressing the moment I get elected PP are congressional elections. I personally think that elections set the bar for the rest of the month. If the elections went smoothly, we got a good amount of seats and just excelled in general then I believe the rest of the party will excel. That good vibe will shoot throughout the party and make the rest of the month a very successful term. The Help

No one man can successfully run a top 5 party by himself. I am assembling an amazing team of people to help me lead, which will be announced in the coming days. One of these people is my Vice Party President and dear friend of mine, S-Mac31. S-Mac31and I have been great friends for over a year now. We work great as a team and get along fantastically. The reason I picked S-Mac31 to be my Vice Party President is because he reminds me of myself when Athanaric asked me to be his Vice Party President. When Ath asked me to be his VPP I was in the UIP for about a month and became Secretary of Members and then was thrown into leadership under Ath. When S-Mac31 joined he was instantly thrown into leadership and quickly became Secretary of Recruitment and above all proved himself to be a hard working and dedicated leader. So by picking him to be my Vice Party President, I hope to teach him how to run this party efficiently so one day he can run for Party President and above all I have absolute faith in him to get the job done.

Proving Myself

For awhile now people have asked me when I was going to run for PP. I always responded with I don't know, I want to wait for the right time. Well the reason I always responded that way was because i felt the need to prove myself first. I feel like i have finally accomplished that task. Throughout my UIP career I have been, Vice Party President x2, Chief of Staff, Secretary of Members and Chief of Elections. Going farther then just my UIP career i have also been, Deputy Secretary of the Interior x4, Office of Militia Support Director, General of the APF Militia, APF Elections coordinator, APF Comm Team Member, Congressman from Hawaii x4, Proud member of the eUnited States National Guard and Cavalry. I have also been a member of Seal Team 6 and am currently in The Ultramarines. So I have held my share of positions and took each of those jobs with great pride and great work ethic. So I finally feel I have earned the right to run for UIP Party President.
