Hello there! I am the Arch Bishop of Cape Town and revered Doctor of Sociology (and part time ObGyn) Marmaduke Alphonse IV and I'm here to ask you a question: Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow? I rejected those answers; instead, I chose something different. I chose the impossible. I chose... It is with great honor that I accept the title of Governor of Gauteng, ruling from the seat in Pretoria. It is not a position that I asked for, but one that the people of South Africa chose me for. Those caught speaking savage tongues such as Zulu, strange Dutch-sounding ones like Afrikaans, or slavic-kurdish languages like Turkish will be drawn and quartered, their manhood removed and burned. In the case of Turks where manhood is not present, I will settle for quartering.
