Day 2,352, 20:24 Published in South Africa South Africa by Marmaduke IV

Hello there! I am the Arch Bishop of Cape Town and revered Doctor of Sociology (and part time ObGyn) Marmaduke Alphonse IV and I'm here to ask you a question: Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow? 'No!' says the man in Polokwane, 'It belongs to the poor.' 'No!' says the man in the Pakistan, 'It belongs to Dio.' 'Hue!' says the man in Brazil, 'It belongs to Argentina.' I rejected those answers; instead, I chose something different. I chose the impossible. I chose... Pretoria, a city where the artist would not fear the censor, where the scientist would not be bound by petty morality, Where the great would not be constrained by the small! And with the sweat of your brow, Pretoria can become your city as well.

It is with great honor that I accept the title of Governor of Gauteng, ruling from the seat in Pretoria. It is not a position that I asked for, but one that the people of South Africa chose me for. It is one that the loins of my mother and father had me chosen for 37 years ago to this very day! In the back seat of a 1986 Pontiac Fiero.

Shoutout to everyone who helped in the distribution of the tournament winnings. Without your hard work and dedication, we could not have profited so much on the hard work of the Lazokrats who put much gold in our pockets. Distribution has been completed according to a report by Lord Grimstone. Anyone who feels they did not receive what they should have gotten should post their grievance on the forums.

As governor, my first order (which is final and cannot be challenged by federal courts thanks to my imunity from federal government orders as a man of the robe) is to declare ENGLISH to be the official language here in Gauteng. Those caught speaking savage tongues such as Zulu, strange Dutch-sounding ones like Afrikaans, or slavic-kurdish languages like Turkish will be drawn and quartered, their manhood removed and burned. In the case of Turks where manhood is not present, I will settle for quartering.

Next, I encourage everyone to register on the official South African forums:

All legal citizens are welcome to join and participate in government and social activities. It is not a requirement, however.

~The Honorable Arch Bishop Dr. Marmaduke Exilious Alphonso IV, Sr, OB/GYN
