An article that has nothing to do with this game

Day 1,304, 20:07 Published in USA Canada by Marcus Corwin

Greetings faithful readers (all two of you)!

Last article I promised that this time I would write about some of my computer/video games, as well as some games that are coming up.

I lied, kind of.

You see, I’m lazy and don’t feel like writing that much right now, so I’ll just be doing one game that I have (my favorite) and then a quick write-up on one that I’m probably way too excited for.

Seriously, if you like RPGs and/or fantasy and haven’t played this game, I don’t know where you’ve been (I mean, it came out in November of ’09). It’s basically the best the best role-playing game I’ve ever played (sorry Mass Effect 2). It’s Bioware, so you know the story and characters are going to be awesome (if you didn’t know that, you really need to play more games). It has a way of making you actually care about the characters in your party and want to know their thoughts and opinions.

You also have lots of customization. Depending on how you build your character, the first hour or two of the game will be completely different. Based on decisions you make within the game, kings can be crowned, cultures saved, and you can be hailed as the nation’s greatest hero (or you can be a douche and slaughter anything that might prove to be an inconvenience).

Oh, you can get your character laid, too.

Basically, go out and buy this game. If you don’t believe me check out basically any reviews for it. Oh yeah, it’s much better than Dragon Age 2, at least on PC.

Moving along to the upcoming…

Yes, another Bioware game. You could say I’m a fan of their work. And it’s Star Wars. Why wouldn’t I be excited?

Seriously though, if Bioware can deliver what they’re promising on TOR, it could be serious competition for WoW. An engaging storyline, customizations within classes, use of a party of NPCs (if you want), and your own spaceship? What game wouldn’t want that?

Not a whole lot of info on this one that you can’t find in trailers and whatnot, so I’ll link you to the cinematic trailers (they only provide story, not actual gameplay info)

In the order they were released (and reverse chronological order, I think):

That’s about it. Vote/Subscribe if you want. Leave a comment or something. What should I write about next?
