An Apology From The NISP

People of the great Czech Republic,
It has come to the attention of the NISP, that some of our members have been violating the constitution, causing unnecesary flame wars, and above all, ruining all that Vaclave, our current president, has worked for. We acknowledge that Vaclave has done a great job as president, and we commend him for saving the Czech Republic in the past. We do not approve of some of our members actions, and will take disciplinary action when our party leader next logs on.
In addition, we understand why the current government felt at unease when we first made our appearance. Within minutes of forming our party, we had rose to become one of the largest parties in the country. Rarely does something like this happen in a country as small as this, so we understand why there was speculation as to us being involved in foul play.

Persika seems to think that a forced takeover and complete removal of the government is what is needed. Sadly people like to associate him with our party and that is not the case. We do not approve of his actions.
If there was a way to do it, I would have Persika banned from the party. In no way does he share our views and we don\'t condone his behavior.
