The main topic in bulgaria right now is the org Arms of Charity which would make q3 wepons for the bulgarian army. Origanly Arms of Charity was founded by bimba and Ealendil which if i heard correctly was made to supple the bulgarian elites. cTaHucJIaB has said that when Arms of Charity resumes work will be financed by the Treasury. This company will be staffed by volinters and the resurection of Arms of Charity is CEBT III.
