I would like to announce that I am running for Congress as a member of the Israeli Workers Party... but I'm not going to, because it is going to be the decision of my Party President as to who will be running for the position of Congressman.

I hope to be chosen on the merit of things that I have already done for the State and my near constant activity in encouraging the development of the country, showing that the role will not be the source of my service to the country, only a means of developing it further.

If things go well for me, you can expect a campaign platform very soon, with a lot more content than this article. If not, then I congratulate the people who will have recieved the nomination and wish them luck in the upcoming election.

It turns out that I have to develop a platform and whatnot BEFORE being chosen to run, rather than being chosen and then expressing my ideas. So an actual platform article will come later today.
