ALLIES

Countries can sign on a mutual protection pact between each other - an offensive and defensive agreement between two countries. Countries who share a mutual protection pact with each other are called allies. Allies can help each other in direct battles from their homeland. The mutual protection pact is automatically cancelled if a country attacks a country that shares a common mutual protection pact with it. The president has the right to propose a mutual protection pact. The law is sent to the congress of both sides for approval. Both sides pay 10,000 currency. The agreement is valid for 30 days.

ALLIANCES

Alliance - A group of friendly countries that share common interests and aim to help each other, protect each other and serve the alliance's needs.

The management alliances is composed from the alliance leader, the presidents of the members, the representatives of each country and other citizens with a role inside the alliance. Only the presidents and the alliance leader, however, have the right to vote and propose laws. The available laws are:

1. Propose a law to change the alliance leader:

• The law can be started, seen or voted on the alliance homepage.
• The law can be voted by all country presidents from the alliances.
• The law to change the leader can be proposed once every 7 days per every country member.
• There can be only one law to change the leader in the same time.
• An alliance leader can be proposed if he has the citizenship of one of the country members.
• For this law to be considered accepted it needs 66% of the votes.

2. Invite a country in alliance:

• The alliance leader can invite a new country from the country members page of the alliance.
• The law can be voted by all country presidents from the alliance on the alliance homepage.
• For this law to be considered accepted it needs 66% of the votes.
• After the law is accepted, a second law will be sent to the congress of the invited country in order to let its congress/president to vote.
• For this law to be considered accepted it needs 66% of the votes.

3. Remove a country from alliance:

• The alliance leader can remove a country from the country members page of the alliance.
• For this law to be considered accepted it needs 66% of the votes.
• The law can be voted by all country presidents from the alliance, except of the country president of the country that is proposed for removal.

4. Leave alliance:

• A country president can decide to leave an alliance from the country members page.
• If the president presses the "leave alliance" button, a law will be sent to the congress of his country for be voted on.
• For this law to be considered accepted it needs 66% of the votes.
