Hello Everyone! Before I start I’d like to thank you all for taking the time to read my platform for this month’s congress elections.

Introduction:
Some of you might consider me a newbie (well I am one I admit, I know I know you don’t have to rub it in xD), BUT! my mentors already praise me as one of their most brightest and most accomplished student and a very fast learner to boot (so they say) therefore it is with an optimistic heart that I run for this month’s congress elections

I’d like to present to you my complete platform for the July 2010 congress elections.

Improving Newbie Welcoming Committee:
I quote my mentor, ligtreb, he said “WE ARE ALL NEWBIES of v2”, so im focusing my attention on improving awareness and helping new players get quality mentors, i admit that the only reason i stayed for my first 3 days here at eRep is because i had awesome mentors who were kind enough to spare a bit of their time to teach me the basics of the game, so i plan on increasing (if there is already one) or creating a steady salary for mentors (not really a huge salary but just enough to entice veteran players to spare a few moments to help newbies understand the game, im sure most, if not all, would refuse the salary but having one would assure them that we DO care about the efforts they make for our beloved eCountry) I believe that if players really get to know and understand the game mechanics they will stay longer. (This would be very complicated to do since ill probably have to start a new org if there isn’t one yet and if by any chance the congress doesn’t approve of mentor salaries then id probably just use the Welcoming Committee and do something similar for it)




Wellness Programs (Wellness and Happiness)
Some of you read my newspaper and you might already know that ive been ranting left and right over the difficulties of keeping a high happiness percentage level, so my plan is to improve the Meals on Wheels Program. Make it much broader so it would reach more new players. I didn’t actually find out about the MoW until after my 4th day here at eRep.



Job Placement
With the onset of eRep Rising, some people with jobs like (engineer, architect, etc)is having difficulty finding quality jobs while others do get jobs but have salary way below what they use to make during v1, my plan is to have government intervention to help place these people on higher paying jobs. And yes I might just start a new organization for this (wow I really wont have any life after a month of congress q.q)



Military Budget
This game is centered around the military module and it has kept people from quitting this game, if I get elected I would try to hamper all efforts to reduce the now undersized Military Budget and if possible, even try to increase it, the eUS needs to support its soldiers, without them we won’t even be and have a nation, they help keep foreign invaders off, we help them by giving them the weapons and tanks and roflchoppers they need to fight the good fight. I salute all of the men and women in the eUS military, keep up the good work

Transparency
“If we want to truly regain the public's trust, we can provide greater accountability and transparency with a simple step. Let's start by communicating to our constituents about the votes we take.“ – Melissa Bean. The quote speaks for my entire stance on Transparency. I would be ready to defend all the votes I would make for congress issues/proposals if I get elected. I would always owe explanations to the people that trusted me enough and placed me in a position of power (I do believe gratitude is the right word) The people who voted for me would have the right to demand what I did with their votes therefore I will not be afraid of defending any and all my stance on congress matters to them, if someone wants to talk to me about something all they have to do is PM me and I’d be happy to explain my side



if elected I promise to be 2x more active than I am now, so ill probably live literally at eRep o_o (just reminds me of the depressing fact that I don’t have a life.. well at least I have you guys right?)
