AIRSTRIKE
Airstrike - A particular declaration of war that countries can use to attack countries that do not share a common border with them.
In order for a country to perform an airstrike, it needs to gather a certain amount of energy and currency, and propose a law, which must be approved.
Airstrike law proposal:
• Countries must have at least 1 region in order to propose an airstrike.
• The country president is the only official who can propose an airstrike.
• In order for an airstrike law to pass it needs at least 66% of the congressmen votes.
• Countries cannot propose an airstrike towards a neighbor country.
• An airstrike law can only be proposed after the requirements are met.
Law proposal possibility:
• An airstrike law can be proposed only once every 14 days.
• Only accepted laws are taken into consideration - rejected laws do not count.
• A peace treaty proposal can be proposed anytime during the war.
Beginning of an airstrike war:
• After the airstrike law is accepted, the country president has 24 hours to start the war.
• If the president doesn't start the war within 24 hours, a battle in a random region starts automatically.
First Campaign:
• If the attacker wins the first campaign, the war continues with regular rules.
• If the attacker loses the first campaign, the war is closed.
Aborted airstrike:
• If the attacker loses its regions after the airstrike law passes, or during the first airstrike battle, the airstrike is aborted and the resources are taken away.
Requirements - In order to propose an airstrike law countries must meet the following requirements:
• A certain amount of energy.
• A certain amount of currency.
Requirements value - Countries have different requirements.. The amount of energy and the amount of currency countries need to gather are depend on:
• Country's population.
• Allies population.
• Foreign regions owned.
• Number of distinct Food Resources Owned.

There are two formulas which calculate the amount of energy and currency countries need in order to perform an airstrike:
Energy formula: Health Units Required = (Country Citizenship Population + All Allies Population ) * 250
Currency formula: Law Fee = (1.000.000 Currency + 100.000 Currency for each foreign region owned) * ( 1 + (25 * Number of distinct Food Resources Owned)/100))/15
• Citizens at level 25 and above can contribute to the airstrike efforts with energy and currency through the country's page.
