Airborne Chronicles #1
Tronyx
The Airborne. The best of the best. Some people have even said that we are better than the Marines (just don't tell them that). Here in the Airborne we come with the most stringent of rules and regulations. Some may call it extreme but all of the soldiers know that it is the only way we stay at our peak condition. We participate in the most intense parts of battle where bullets are blazing all around us, blood of our dead enemies is being blown in all direction, and we attain a sense understanding. Understanding of what war is about and an understanding that we will PREVAIL! However, it is no easy task to become part of this elite force. It demands years of physical training, multiple hours every day spent on preparing for the up coming battle and a few minutes fighting as a military force bringing the enemies wall down underground.
We follow the leadership of our amazing general Maxmillian VW. We know that no matter what happens, we can always look up to him and know that we will stay alive to fight another day and bring the forces of PEACE to its knees.
Now its time for the informative part...
History:
The Airborne was officially formed on May 25, 2009, Day 549 of the New World. At its head then was General Leroy Combs. Combs and his second in command, Armandez, originally started the Airborne's forces with two platoons: the 82nd and 101st Airborne Battalions. As a middle ground between the medium strength requirements of the US Army and the high needs of the United States Marine Corps, the Airborne quickly gained members. Control of the AB moved to former 101st colonel, Joshua Hoss, on June 24, 2009, when Leroy Combs retired from the AB and transferred to the USMC. Hoss would later leave the military to attempt a run at the American presidency. Maxmillian VonWillebrand, who was the original colonel of the other division, the 82nd Airborne, would then take command of the AB.
Requirements:
The Airborne is the second-strongest branch of the eUS military, only behind the Marine Corps. As such, they must maintain high requirements for recruits to enlist within their ranks. To apply for the Airborne, a player must have at minimum 11 strength, an in-game rank of Captain, and they should be highly active players. We are a mobile force in the military and in order to stay so, you must be willing to severe work and political ties to move out ASAP. We fight in wars all over the eWorld and we need only top notch soldiers, willing to devote their time to this amazing branch of our military
.

First.
Boo-yah!!!
Note: Looks like the link to the application didn't carry over. For those that are interested in AB just copy and paste it then.
Boo-yah
Good to see you Gabriel
Nice job in the Yukon!
The Yukon was typical AB fun. Watching the Iranians tank the wall up, then watch it slide into oblivion in another coordinated attack is typical of my adventures with the AB in Canada and other places.
If you have the stats, and the willingness and ability to move on short notice, think about applying.
It's serious fun.
And the locals are really nice too. just ask Akkarin
BOO-YAH!
Go Airborne!
Ah, yes...The Yukon...You're welcome Canada, and to Iran...Go home...
Men miss the days that I was in AB.
SPAM 😛 marines are better 😁
Marines are brainwashed to think they're better... in reality AB > Marines. Just look at the President & VP.
Go Airborne.
