Agreement between SRB-HUN-BG-FYROM
Raul Doru
Two days after the first announcement regarding the agreement between Serbia - Hungary - Bulgaria - FYROM, things are not yet clear about the further development of the events. On that day, there were some reactions to this "pact", as you could seen in my previous article.
In this very moment, we have a single confirmation of the agreement, but the most important one, from the Serbian MoFA:
http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/pokretanje-sa-mrtve-ta-ke-2556586/1/20
In this official article, it is clearly stated that the above mentioned agreement is not a NAP, but further MPPs will be signed between the four countries.
Until now no other official confirmations were made either by Hungary or Bulgaria. And more important, no MPPs have been proposed (just yet).
Let's review Serbia's reasons for such a decision. Remember that I will approach the situation (and it's strictly my opinion) only from ASTERIA's point of view.
As it is said in the Serbian MoFA's article, the reasons for this agreement are:
1. Greece AS on Bavaria (against Hungary);
2. Greece MPP with Albania and Greek involvement in liberating one Albanian province from under Serbian occupation.
Nothing about previous events like Hungary's AS in Saudi Arabia (blocking Greece bonuses) or Serbia's attack on Cyprus. Actions that were considered hostile by Greece, as it is explained in their MoFA article:
http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-mofa-for-the-record-2556679/1/20
For me, reading those articles, seems that the problem is between Serbia/Hungary and Greece. Now, there are a few questions about the whole situation:
- After the Greek AS in Bavaria, why Hungary (with Serbian support, of course) did not NE Greece?! No guts or because Serbia knew that other ASTERIA countries (especially Argentina and Romania) won't get involved?!
- After the Greek involvement in liberating an Albanian province, why Serbia didn't acted in the same manner, opening a RW and liberating a Greek occupied territory (maybe one essential for Greece bonuses)?!
- Why Serbia is willing to risk the good relations within ASTERIA for the sake of a non-member country?!
- What Serbia will do if Argentina or Brazil will attack, let's say, FYROM?!
- Playing devil's advocate in a fictional (or...) scenario, what if (and it's a big IF) Serbia lost that Albanian province (through non-combat) just to blame Greece and to gain something to sell it to ASTERIA, in order to justify the "necessity" of the agreement with Bulgaria and FYROM?! I know maybe it sounds a little bit SF, but knowing Serbia's capacity to plan in every details its own moves, what IF ...?!
In my opinion, an (very possible) approval of those MPP will affect or influence, in different ways, some groups of countries, as such:
- Argentina, Romania, Brazil, Portugal (ASTERIA member countries, hostile to FYROM and Bulgaria and with solid ties among themselves) and Slovenia (ASTERIA member, in close relations with Serbia);
- Chile, Spain, Indonesia (traditional allies of Bulgaria and FYROM and fierce enemies of Serbia);
- Greece, Turkey (directly threatened by the agreement) and Croatia (very good relations with Greeks and Turks);
- Poland, USA and maybe Russia (powerful countries, not directly affected by the agreement, but whom will want a piece of the pie).
Furthermore, about the "negotiations" between those four countries, related to the that agreement, you can read in the article of Severrus Snape, former MoFA of FYROM, who resigned after the respective "discussions" (you can use Google translate, it works for understanding the main ideas):
http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-severrus-1-2556560/1/20
On the other hand, many of you have at least heard about smee was here. He is known both for the quality of his inside sources and his ability to manipulate his readers. Nonetheless, he has one article worth reading, for further pieces of this puzzle:
http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-smeekileaks-serhun-eternal-2556723/1/20
Agreeing that, after Serbian MoFA's confirmation, there is a big probability for this agreement to be a real one, the most important questions are when those MPPs will be proposed and will they be approved by the Congress in each of that four countries?!
LE: It seems that I have an answer, from a Bulgarian player, to the question "If Argentina or Brazil will attack FYROM, what would Serbia do?!"
He's wright. It's as simple as that. But Serbia agrees? And what Argentina and Brazil thinks about it? The agreement was reached in order to protect those 4 countries interests even if it's effects are against ASTERIA members?! Yet again, as simple as that?!

At least the "friend of a friend cancellation" part.

Lets hope he will finish reading and it wont be too tiresome and exhausting ='(
I am here to get my piece of the pie!

great article indeed!!!
to many questions, obvious answers 😉
maybe we'll have an official position of ASTERIA SG, SC or SoFa. Have they been informed? What's their opinion?
without Serbian confirmation of the agreement everything would have been just rumors. but they are not...

Right. Only to punish Cyprus. Please, just try to punish Republic of Moldova. See what will happen next...
or maybe you want to get serious...
Greece was erased by MKD @that time
but

and when Greece was defeated by others, what huns thought?! "let's punish the smaller and weaker country". how typical of them!
but... the horror of the situation... by Plato's rules, when a country is erased, it's citizens are not forbidden to play the game. and... surprise for huns!

Im sorry but this article is biased and bullshit.
You say that Serbia had no balls to declare NE on Greece because other members (Argentina and Romania) from Asteria wouldnt get involved.
Yet then you proced to ask what would happen if Argentina or Romania atack Macedonia.
You are answering yourself. You no longer consider your diplomacy tied to Serbian, thus, Asteria means nothing.
Please read carefully. I said Hungary won't NE Greece, even with Serbian help. Because yes, in that case, Argentina and Romania won't get involved (Romanian soldiers would fight against Hungary).
Then I asked what would Serbia's position be if Argentina or Brazil (ASTERIA members) would attack FYROM (in case that Serbia will have MPPs with both countries involved in that conflict).
Sorry, but it seems that you are trying to answer for yourself.
First, Serbia's diplomacy is tied mainly with Serbia's diplomacy (you play that game for long enough to know that).
And second, I don't have to consider my diplomacy tied to anyone (except that my loyalty goes to Romania and Argentina). I'm not an official of my country and (as I said in the article) everything written there it's just my opinion. One that you can deny, of course, but please use solid arguments when doing this.
Now, I'm sorry, but doesn't seem that your comment is biased and bullshit?!
You can twist the words and put it in the order you wish.
But you are blaming Serbia for getting Macedonia as an allied while you have Greece.
It seems both sides are parting ways and thats all. You cannot say who's fault is. Greece was originally Asteria so you can say you have ties because of that, they can say they had with Hungary because Hungary was from Asteria too. But introducing Macedonia (as they claim) is only a defense against Greece. So technically speaking they are still defending Asterian interest (since they are under "atack" from Greece under their words) but you cannot compare that to Hungary since Hungary hasnt made anything hostile against Asteria and has been proAsteria since they left (puppets, puppets everywhere).
Man, Greece fought to liberate an Albanian province. And now Serbia wants MPP with 2 of ASTERIA's enemies.
Croatia is fighting in every Serbian RWs. Chile and Spain are fighting in every Argentinian or Brazilian RWs. Hungary is fighting in every Romanian RWs (as we do in theirs). Almost everyone is fighting in Slovenian RWs.
Have you ever seen one of this countries (including Serbia till now) allying themselves with enemies of ASTERIA just to have protection against those who are fighting in their RWs?!
Again, be serious!
Conclusion:
Αny alliance has been/will be with FYROM is doomed.
FYROM is new Poland?! 😁
we all have to learn to wait : )
daca nu ai luat si niste cc de la bajetii de te lauda, tot dejaba
