well friends, i have finally gathered enough gold to start a company, and i need your advice because i have absolutely no idea on how to run one. about income, about what demand there is, about what is good pay for employees, about whether there are even taxes or not.
So please, help me decide what to make my company for and what quality, or even if i should make one at all.
PS. If you help me and i create a company, then pm me your current salary, and i will try to increase it and hire you. though since that will probably take some time, you probably will want to stay at your current job.

Don't start a company. They're bad news. Unless you know what you're doing, and find a niche for it, don't even bother. But keep looking for that niche.
Do you know what the production formula is? How it affects a company?
Do you know why your boss pays you what he does?
Do you know which raw materials go to which finished goods?
Do you know who will be buying the goods you are making?
Do you know how many other companies are making that product in the US? Exporting from other countries to the US?
In the US recently they reduced taxes in a couple areas, maybe one of those is the niche.
My recommendation is to know a lot about the business you're going into and the recent events surrounding it. For example, taxes were just lowered in the food industry in the US. Maybe that's your spot. But the Government also decided not to spend as much money on infrastructure, so I would stay away from hospitals and defense systems. But, because wood feeds those, I'd keep away from wood too.
Companies fail everyday, so don't feel bad if yours does.
Do you have any cushion money? Do you have enough to get to Q2 if you need to? Enough to export to another country if you have to? The war module is back - do you have enough to export to another country if you get taken over and can't sell to the US anymore?
There are a lot of questions in business. But like TheSupernatural said, just figure it out as you go along. You can always just get 20 gold again and restart.

Q1 food companies will be first against the wall when the revolution comes. 😃
I got the money to go to Q3, I just really don't want to use it (it's not cost efficient).
