I dont see it as a overkill. We encourage our people to get active. Whether it be signing up congress or be involve with party stuff. We dont force people to do what they dont wanna do.
Also if other partys arent as active an ask their peeps to sign up its gonna look odd. So we proven that our party is active and willing do what it takes.
