Add eKazakhstan

Dear eCtizens,
today I want to introduce to you my request for adding eKazakhstan as part of our eWorld.

1.West Kazakhstan(or Caspian Coast): resource Fish; borders - Russia(North Caucasus, Volga, Urals)
2.South Kazakhstan(or Baikonur Region): resource Oil(because the space station in Baikonur is located in this area); no borders with any state except their own.
3.Central Kazkhstan: resource Oil; it's landlocked between original Kazakh teritories
4.Eastern Kazakhstan(or Almaty Region): resource TBA(what, iron or cattle); borders - Russia(Central Siberia), China(Xinjiang)
5.Northern Kazakhstan: resource Iron; borders - Russia(Central Siberia)
6.Astana Region: resource Wheat; no borders with country.
