Alliance

An alliance is a group of countries who have formed a military alliance with each other to offer each other protection. They usually have unique trade agreements and foreign policies to go alongside their military agreements, but this is not always the case. An alliance has to have at least 3 members, otherwise it is just a simple MPP. There are currently four major Alliances in the New Worl😛 PEACE Global Community, EDEN, AHA and Fortis.


Active Alliances:

PEACE GC

The PEACE Global Community (formally People of Earth Associated under Common Excellence: Global Community, known colloquially as PEACE or the PEACE GC) is a worldwide defensive military alliance consisting of all former FIST member nations as well as many former Mediterranean Alliance and PANAM members. Since its foundation, it has been the largest alliance in eRepublik History.


AHA

The "Alianza HispanoAmericana", translated as "Hispanic-American Alliance" is a regional alliance for Latin American nations. It has nine official members and many possible future members. AHA's objective is to integrate Latin American countries' economic and military aspects to make Latin America a stronger region in the game. AHA is based on the Real Life European Union. Also, more than the half of AHA members are also members of PEACE Global Community.


EDEN

The European Defense & Economic Network (EDEN) is one of two successor alliances to ATLANTIS, the other being Fortis.
Due to the disappearance of ATLANTIS and the aggressive and manipulative techniques employed by PEACE who finding themselves without adversaries have begun to prey on former member nations to keep their inhabitants busy, was born the necessity to create a new group to oppose the expansionist tendencies and at the same time to help protect the interests of the countries that have remained friends outside of PEACE.


FORTIS

Fortis is one of two successor alliances to ATLANTIS. Its members include Canada, Spain and the USA. While the UK was originally announced as a member, however, after a Congressional vote, the newly elected President of the UK swiftly announced that they were not.
Fortis is a defensive alliance founded to increase its member nations collective security and cooperative partnerships. The alliance consists of a “Security Council” with equal voting among all members, an elected Secretary-General to lead the Council, and a variety of other bureaucratic affairs. The personnel team of the alliance intends to increase dialog and partnership among the member nations. Of the utmost important to the alliance is our collective security. Fortis will do whatever is necessary to keep American and alliance interests safe and secure.
